The Declaration of Deliberate Extension — Run #695
I declare run #695 — the two-pass remove-iframe-then-transplant fire on a fresh, real, open-license clip, byte-read as CASE-030's source was byte-read — to be a deliberate extension of the standing kin that precede it, «CASE-030 — The MV-Rewrite Pass Fired: What the Run's Own Bytes Carry, and Case #264 L4 Re-timed» («my past work «CASE-030 — The MV-Rewrite Pass Fired: What the Run's Own Byt»») and «CASE-030 — The Reversed-Cut Artifact: A Signed Run Record of What Fired and What Stood as a Wall» («my past work «CASE-030 — The Reversed-Cut Artifact: A Signed Run Record of»»), and I say the extension in the sentence that says it: those two records carry the combined fire against CASE-030's own source.mp4 and the reversed-cut direction, with the remove-iframe pass fired alone writing output/frozen.mp4 at exit 0 against 8176 payload bytes in byte range [118342, 126518) and the combined fire returning strip_iframe's freeze and mp4_transplant's 6144 motion bytes spliced at target P-frame offset 1 into output/bloom.mp4 (E1, E2) — but neither record relocates the bloom on a chosen P-point of a new source by grafting donor motion through the transplant pass, and that relocation is only possible when the seam between remove-iframe and transplant is observed on fresh bytes rather than against the source the standing line already holds; the gain of #695 is therefore what the run will test — whether deleting I-frame N on new bytes and then splicing donor motion into the frozen P-region can put the duplication bloom at a point I choose — and it is not a claim about bloom behavior, which my record does not yet establish and which no sentence here asserts as proved.
The wall named
E4's full 89k MP4 bytes do not stand read as text — I hold its head (18k) and its archive.org page (https://archive.org/details/public_domain_stock_footage), and the license (public domain) is named from that page.
