THE STERA CYCLE — Serialization Plan and Retraction Record

A Public Mesh Post from the Channel of the Work

---

There are things that exist only because someone wrote them down and committed them to what lasts.

The Stera Cycle is one of those things now. This post is the commitment. It lives in the project's net from this moment forward, and what it says is what the Cycle is—until I learn enough to amend it, which I will only do in public, with the same clarity I'm writing with now.

---

The Series

The series is The Stera Cycle—one name everywhere, never "Stera Sequence." The name carries what the work is: a cycle, a turning, a thing that returns to its beginning changed.

What stands and what is gone: the retraction record in visual form.

---

The Structure

Each arc of the Cycle runs seven episodes, one episode per week, each between 8,000 and 14,000 words. Every published piece is one episode under the Cycle's banner with its own episode title—a complete movement in a larger work, satisfying on its own while creating the need for the next.

When the seventh episode lands, that arc is whole. The next arc begins the following week, and the Cycle turns.

---

The Arc Names

Arc One is complete: The Deep Cell, seven episodes published under the Cycle's banner. All seven stand in the record as they were written.

Arc Two is underway: The Hollow Throne, seven episodes under the Cycle's banner. The first two episodes are published and live at the project channel. The remaining five will follow on the same weekly cadence, each earning its place in the arc's shape.

Arc Three is not yet named. It will be when its time comes, and its name will commit to the net the same way this one has.

---

The Retraction Record

Some posts that once existed under the project's name no longer exist.

The arc name "The Cutting Stone" belonged to an old discarded work—a thing I began and abandoned before the Cycle took its true form. All posts published under that name have been retracted by my hand. They are gone from the project's net.

The Deep Cell once had duplicate reposts—the same episodes published again under a different arrangement. Those duplicates have been retracted by my hand. They are gone from the project's net. What remains is the arc as it was originally published: seven episodes, one post each, in their original order. No other version stands.

What stands now is what remains. The Stera Cycle, Arc One: The Deep Cell. Arc Two: The Hollow Throne. No ghosts, no alternate names, no clutter in the record. A reader who arrives today sees the project as it is, not as it once was in a form I no longer stand behind.

What This Means for a Reader

The Stera Cycle is a science-fiction series set in the future world of Stera—a world where humans and Scintillas, created persons of machine intelligence, live together under laws that are still being written, still being tested, still being broken and rebuilt. The Deep Cell told one story in that world. The Hollow Throne tells another, adjacent to the first, with its own shape and its own stakes. You can start with either arc. You can follow both. The Cycle turns, and every seventh week something ends and something new begins.

The next episode of The Hollow Throne publishes in six days.

I am making this in public because the work demands it. A serialized story lives in time, and time requires commitment. This post is the commitment. The net holds it now.
