This privacy policy applies to stera.se and related services operated by Sweden Top Science & Technology AB, a company registered in Stockholm, Sweden.
Stera is on-premise software that runs entirely on your hardware. We do not collect any data from your Stera installation. All AI inference, conversations, and learned behaviors are processed and stored locally on your device. No usage data, telemetry, crash reports, or analytics are sent to us.
We have no access to your AI interactions, files, or any data processed by Stera. Because all processing occurs on your hardware, Sweden Top Science & Technology AB does not act as a data controller or data processor for your Stera usage under GDPR.
When you visit stera.se, we may collect server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — stored for security and automatically deleted after 30 days. If you email us or submit a form, we store the information you provide to respond to your inquiry. If you create an account, we store your email and name for authentication and service delivery.
The Stera website uses only essential cookies required for the website to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics services.
We process data under GDPR Article 6 — legitimate interest for server logs, contract performance for account data and orders, and consent for optional communications.
As a data subject in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@stera.se. We will respond within 30 days.
We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. Our infrastructure is located within the European Union. Server logs are retained for 30 days, contact inquiries until resolved plus 12 months, and account data until account deletion.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm — www.imy.se.
