These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stera software, the Stera website (stera.se), and the Talent Store marketplace, provided by Sweden Top Science & Technology AB. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Stera is provided under a perpetual, non-exclusive license to install and run the software on hardware you own or control. There are no recurring license fees. You may install Stera on any number of machines you own, modify the software for personal or internal business use, create and deploy custom Talent Pods, and use the software in commercial applications.
You may not redistribute Stera as a competing product, remove copyright notices or attribution, or use Stera for purposes that violate applicable law.
The Talent Store allows you to publish and distribute Talent Pods. By submitting a Pod, you represent that you have the right to distribute it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Revenue from sales is shared between the creator and Stera according to the terms agreed upon during submission.
Talent Pods must not contain malware or malicious code, violate intellectual property rights, facilitate illegal activities, or process personal data without appropriate legal basis.
Stera hardware products are sold subject to standard consumer protection laws in the EU. Hardware purchases include a 2-year warranty as required by EU Directive 2019/771.
Stera software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI outputs are produced by machine learning models and may contain errors — you are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.
Stera, the Stera name, logo, and related marks are the property of Sweden Top Science & Technology AB. AI models you deploy on your hardware are subject to their respective licenses.
You own all outputs generated by Stera on your hardware. We claim no rights over content created by your AI.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sweden Top Science & Technology AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. We may update these Terms from time to time — material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
